WARRANTY & RETURNS.
These terms explain what Ivy Forged Wheels covers, what is excluded, how made-to-order sales are handled, and what to do before mounting or returning a wheel.
IVY FORGED
LIMITED WARRANTY.
This Limited Warranty is provided by Ivy Forged Wheels to the original retail purchaser and is not transferable. Proof of purchase is required. Coverage applies only to genuine Ivy Forged wheels used under normal, intended on-road conditions on the vehicle and fitment for which they were approved.
STRUCTURAL COVERAGE
Ivy Forged Wheels warrants the wheel structure against qualifying defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the wheels. Coverage applies to manufacturing defects—not damage caused after delivery by impacts, road hazards, misuse, installation, or outside forces.
FINISH COVERAGE
Painted, powder-coated, and clear-coated finishes are covered for two years from the original delivery date against qualifying manufacturing defects such as peeling, bubbling, or clear-coat failure. Normal wear, minor color variation, oxidation of uncoated polished surfaces, and changes caused by environment or cleaning are not manufacturing defects.
AVAILABLE REMEDY
After inspection and approval of a qualifying claim, Ivy Forged Wheels may repair, refinish, or replace the affected wheel at its discretion. If an exact model or finish is discontinued, a comparable model or finish may be offered; an exact match is not guaranteed.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
- Potholes, curbing, collision, road debris, flat-tire damage, fire, theft, vandalism, racing, off-road use, or other impact and road-hazard damage.
- Improper tire size or inflation, vehicle overloading, incorrect hardware, improper torque, misalignment, imbalance, brake or suspension interference, or use on a vehicle other than the approved fitment.
- Cosmetic wear, stone chips, scratches, staining, corrosion from road salt or chemicals, or damage from abrasive tools, automatic car-wash chemicals, acid cleaners, or harsh solvents.
- Damage caused by bending, welding, cutting, drilling, heating, disassembly, refinishing, or other modification or repair not approved by Ivy Forged Wheels.
- Continued use after a crack, leak, vibration, bend, loose hardware, or other possible safety issue is discovered.
If you notice a crack, air leak, bend, vibration, or structural concern, stop driving on the wheel when it is safe to do so and contact Ivy Forged Wheels for guidance.
INSPECTION,
INSTALLATION & CARE.
Inspect every wheel immediately after delivery and before mounting tires. Confirm the model, finish, size, bolt pattern, center bore, offset, brake clearance, and vehicle application. Any visible shipping damage or order discrepancy must be reported before installation.
- Installation must be performed by a qualified wheel and tire professional using proper contact-free equipment.
- Use the correct tire size, lug hardware, seating type, and torque specification for the approved vehicle application. Recheck torque after the initial short drive and as recommended by the installer or vehicle manufacturer.
- Use adhesive wheel weights only. Do not use clip-on weights that can damage the wheel finish.
- Assembly fasteners on multi-piece wheels are structural. Do not loosen, remove, or adjust them.
- Clean cool wheels in the shade using mild soap, water, and a soft non-abrasive cloth. Do not use acid-based cleaners, harsh chemicals, abrasive brushes, or automatic car-wash wheel chemicals.
- Remove road salt, brake dust, and corrosive contaminants promptly. Clean and dry wheels before storage.
WARRANTY
CLAIM PROCESS.
- Email Ivy Forged Wheels at sales@ivyforgedwheels.com before shipping or attempting a repair.
- Provide the original proof of purchase, clear photos of the wheel and issue, the wheel model and serial number if present, and the vehicle year, make, model, tire size, and relevant fitment information.
- Ivy Forged Wheels may request additional photos, installer records, or return of the wheel for physical inspection.
- Do not ship a wheel until Ivy Forged Wheels provides written return authorization and packaging instructions. Unauthorized shipments may be refused.
- Unless otherwise approved in writing, the customer is responsible for safe packaging, insurance, and inbound shipping. Approved warranty remedies cover the affected wheel only.
Ivy Forged Wheels does not cover tire mounting or dismounting, installation, vehicle towing, loss of vehicle use, downtime, rental costs, or other incidental expenses, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
RETURNS &
CANCELLATIONS.
MADE-TO-ORDER WHEELS
Custom and made-to-order forged wheels are built for an approved vehicle specification, size, offset, bolt pattern, finish, and configuration. Once the customer approves the final specification or production begins, the order is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for preference changes, customer-supplied fitment errors, or a change of vehicle.
CHANGES BEFORE PRODUCTION
Contact Ivy Forged Wheels immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. Requests received before production begins will be reviewed individually. Any completed design, engineering, payment-processing, material, or supplier costs may be deducted from an approved cancellation refund.
DELIVERY INSPECTION
Inspect the order immediately and report shipping damage, an incorrect item, or a visible manufacturing concern within five business days of delivery and before tires are mounted. Keep the original packaging and provide clear photos. Mounting a tire or installing a wheel confirms acceptance of visible condition and specification, but does not eliminate a valid claim for a covered latent manufacturing defect.
AUTHORIZED RETURNS
No product may be returned without written authorization from Ivy Forged Wheels. Any return that is expressly approved must be unused, unmounted, uninstalled, and securely packaged in its original packaging. Applicable return shipping, payment-processing costs, or a disclosed restocking charge will be confirmed in writing before the return is accepted. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless Ivy Forged Wheels confirms an order error or qualifying defect.
Email sales@ivyforgedwheels.com. We will confirm whether the request is handled as shipping damage, a warranty claim, an approved cancellation, or an authorized return.
CONSUMER
RIGHTS.
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Warranty and return decisions are based on inspection, documentation, the approved order specification, and applicable law. Ivy Forged Wheels may update these terms for future purchases; the version provided or available at the time of purchase applies to that order.
